Our story began in 1997 when Wayne Franklin, a real estate broker with over 30 years of experience in the USA and Mexico, founded Tropicasa Realty in Puerto Vallarta. With over 200 years of combined experience, our agents have had extensive real estate experience and some have had their own companies to add to their extensive knowledge and experience.

To ensure that you have a positive Puerto Vallarta real estate experience, all members of our agency are affiliated with the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI), which was presided over by Wayne Franklin from 2002 to 2007. Tropicasa Realty is also a member of several reputable associations including the U.S. NAR (National Association of Realtors), ICREA (International Consortium of Real Estate Associations), and FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation).

Our Puerto Vallarta real estate agency is known in the community for our established relationships and ability to collaborate with other real estate professionals, which results in 75% or more of our transactions being completed in conjunction with other agencies.
