FASP is a multidisciplinary arts center in San Pancho, Cultural Capital of the Riviera Nayarit area in Mexico, dedicated to developing activities that foster the growth of the town as a cultural community through the arts. A meeting point for local and international artists and users that with inclusive educational and artistic tools seeks to promote multicultural development by creating a diverse program of activities for adults, youth and children.
Since its beginnings in 2012 (under the name of Bodega Teatro) it has been able to strengthen its imagination and commitment to promote San Pancho as a cultural destination, seeking union between the local (native), national and foreign communities and linking resident population, swallows (seasonal visitors) and tourists.
We are committed to work generating a propitious space to forge ties between invited artists in collaboration with local and local creators. We try to develop programs that encourage artists in the short and long term in their creative activities, giving rise to scenic research and its diffusion.
Our guests find the opportunity to be closely linked with the inhabitants of this small town, exchanging knowledge and ideas, contributing and giving back to the community.
Fostering an inclusive and supportive thinking, we are a collective that promotes work in community, collaborative and participatory terms. We bet on the expansion and diversification of sensibilities, imaginaries and poetics as powerful ways of building knowledge and denunciation.
Our Mission
To generate accessible training, production and cultural promotion activities that promote the sustainable development of the people through the arts.
