The development of our children, family and friends with intellectual disabilities is our priority. That is why we have created Incluyendonos A.C.

Mission:

We are a group of families of people with disabilities who face barriers to learning, socialization and play, who, worried about the next step in the education of our sons and daughters, decided to organize to provide opportunities for attention, education, training, and inclusion of young people in society, through workshops, conferences, talks with cultural events specialists, recreational spaces and that together with people related to our project that identify with it we make visible the problems and solutions for the development of young people with disabilities.

From our experience in Puerto Vallarta, we have identified that there are no centers that address this problem in an integral way and that there is a large percentage of young people with disabilities over 18 years of age, and their families that face social, emotional, economic and social barriers that prevent them from living a decent life.

Therefore, it is necessary to build and enable a Comprehensive Care Center for young people with disabilities.

A place where young people develop skills for inclusion in the workplace that strengthens their autonomy and development, as well as their emotional stability and that of their families.

With productive workshops and self-employment for young people who for some reason can not be included in companies with which we have agreements.

Objectives:

• Train young adults autonomy capabilities and values

• Prepare trained personnel for hiring in formal employments that give you worthy well, remunerated welfare, social security and law benefits

• Educate the businessers and companies about the capabilities of these people who will give plus to the harmony of the labor environment, in addition to the work well done from our young people

• Create productive and self-employment workshops for young people who need supervision, and also train their families
