About Us

Colina is ;a permanent facility in Old Town/Romantic Zone Puerto Vallarta providing spaying and neutering services for cats and dogs.

Services are offered free to those who otherwise would be unable to get their pets neutered.

Colette, the owner of Langostinos Restaurant, and Sabrina, the owner of Ruelas Property Management, teamed up to open Puerto Vallarta's first stationary, free animal spay and neuter clinic.

The "Colina Spay and Neutering Clinic" was founded on March 20, 2012.

On July 25, 2012, we celebrated our 350th neuter/spay! Andale! onwards and upwards!! anyone who wishes to donate a bit of time, money or supplies, we are in need of all!

As we are not a shelter, we cannot keep stray dogs, but can do our part to ensure they don't produce any more homeless animals! Please tell your neighbours about the Clinic, as many locals don't neuter their pet because they can't afford it. Or, offer to bring their animal into to the clinic for them if they agree to have it done, but won't bring the animal in themselves. Together, we can help change the desperate situation for many cats and dogs in Vallarta! Gracias a todo!

While we are strictly a spay/neuter clinic and not a shelter, we do have a couple of cutie-beauties available for adoption, come by to meet them or call Colette.

We ask that animals be dropped off from 8:00 am (come earlier to ensure a spot!), and picked up by 4:00 pm.

English and Spanish is spoken. Services are offered free to those who otherwise would be unable to get their pets neutered. - but donations are accepted.

The clinic operates through donations as well as contributions of other pet owners using the service.

We need help with volunteers of time, money and supplies. Thank you.
