The "Sistema de Transporte Búho Nocturno" Night Owl bus service has added the area of Pitillal to their nightly transportation route.
Benjamin de la Peña, member of the Carrier Committee, announced the addition of this new route to the Night Owl bus services, which previously only served the tourist strip area of Francisco Villa.
This new route will benefit the workers that commute from Pitillal to the tourist area that do not get off work until after 11:00 pm, when the daily buses stop running, or that need to get to work before 5:00 am.
The fare of 10 pesos will remain the same as the existing routes.
Although demand is not excessive at certain times, the night service is supported by the Ministry of Roads & Transport and they continue to analyze the possibility of opening more needed routes.
