Salsa dancing on the Bay: Sexy, charitable fun.

Imagine cruising along the coastline of the enchanting Banderas Bay and feeling the serenity of the ocean and its soothing and whispering breeze. Then imagine the moon glistening off the water and the rhythm of Salsa & Festive Tunes creating the desire to Dance in an energized horizon of glittering city lights!

That image might appear to sound like something that is only available in Miami, Dubai, or some other location, but here in Puerto Vallarta that experience is now a reality. On November 4, 2011, the premier of Nightclub on the Bay was launched on Bandera's Bay and will continue every Friday.

The event co-sponsored by Club Vallarta and Nightclub on the Bay, contributed a portion of the collected proceeds from this past Friday's Dance Club towards one of Puerto Vallarta's charities, Banderas Bay's Women’s Shelter. "The Opening night was a tremendous success and raised funds to help PV's only domestic violence shelter building fund which began construction in July 7, 2011.  We contacted fundraising committee representatives, Freda Thompson and Cheryl Schrean and shared the Nightclub on the Bay's plan and objectives. Ms. Thompson rapidly supported the idea and put her fundraising committee to work.

There were over 30 supporters directly involved which greatly assisted in a successful evening. Vera Barnes went on to say that she's very optimistic about the potential of Nightclub on the Bays' mission.  The Nightclub and cruise was designed to give back to the community and charities weekly while providing a distinctively different form of entertainment in Puerto Vallarta, Dance Nightlife on the Bay. If you missed the Opening Cruise night, no worries! The good news is that there is an opportunity to partake in this enchanting experience next Friday November 18, 2011. A portion of the proceeds will go towards helping the PV Animal Shelter. Come and enjoy PV's Nightclub on the Bay Party Boat next Friday. It's guaranteed that you will have FUN while fundraising on the evening water. There are two decks supporting 100 passengers with Open Bar, Snacks & Stars. The music fills the air and is composed of Salsa, Merengue, 80’s Latin Rhythms, Classics, R&B, Blues and Motown all in one Night.

Those who are new to salsa dancing, there is absolutely no reason to be apprehensive, there is a variety of music for everyone and all kinds of dance levels on the floor.
