We want to thank and appreciate each one of you for all that you do to keep Entreamigos strong and able to support our community. Maybe you supported us financially, maybe you volunteered to teach a class or paint some furniture, maybe you lent a caring ear as we thought through how to make tough decisions, maybe you purchased something in our gallery, maybe you shared our posts on social media, or maybe you did all of those things. Whatever your form of support, we felt it and are grateful.

Thanks to You Our Goal Was Met!

Thanks to the overwhelming support for our Holiday Food Basket drive, we were able to hand out 150 baskets this year. Thank you to everyone who contributed to helping all these families in our community to have a holiday meal and gifts from Santa.

A special thank you to everyone behind the scenes who made this possible:

Don Clements, Shari and Josh Meister, Rick Kahn, and Dana Maxley for helping transport baskets.

Bill Kirkword for organizing volunteers and basket preparations.

Tory, Eileen, Karoul, Luke, Jane Easter, Shari, Carolyn, John, Jane Miller, Helah, and Bill for packing all the baskets the day before.

And to an incredible team of staff who helped ensure that everything went so smoothly!

Holiday Creativity at Entreamigos

This year our holiday celebration involved 6 different Christmas themed classes happening all over our building in our open-air spaces. Kids of all ages had the opportunity to decorate a Christmas cookie, create an up cycled tree ornament, make a mini piñata, design a holiday card and even visit Santa and give him their letter of well wishes for the world.

Thank you to all the incredible workshop teachers who made this magic happen. And a huge thanks to Santa and the elf that brought him. The children were so excited to see him.

Ways to Get Involved: Be a Volunteer!

If you are here in San Pancho, we have lots of safe ways to become a volunteer with everything from painting, outdoor small group classes, sorting materials, processing donations and more! Email Gaelle at voluntarios [at] entreamigos.org.mx to find out more details.
