From Monday, December 13 to Wednesday, December 15, the application of the third booster dose for adults over 60 years of age with AstraZeneca is planned.
This Monday, December 13, the vaccination day for adults over 60 will begin. The third booster dose with AstraZeneca will be applied in La Lija and the Naval Hospital, as reported by the Director of the Eighth Sanitary Region, Dr. Jaime Álvarez Zayas.
There will be 12 thousand doses of AstraZeneca that will arrive in Puerto Vallarta for this vaccination day.
The authorities have indicated that, regardless of the biological previously applied, this dose will be with AstraZeneca as it is the only one authorized for the reinforcement of this age group.
Regarding the organization of this vaccination day that will be given simultaneously with the reinforcement of young people and laggards with Sinovac, Dr. Álvarez Zayas said that it is considered from Monday, December 13 to Wednesday, December 15 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the afternoon and with two locations: La Lija and the Naval Hospital.
