Date Change for Vallarta Food Bank Fundraiser at No Way Jose! Julie Guerrero/Jose Alfredo - No Way José!

The biggest fiesta of the year at No Way José! remains José Alfredo's cumpleaños that was scheduled for May 19. That date heralds not only one of the best fiestas of the year, it also provides the biggest charitable event. Enough of the most devoted Vallarta Food Bank patrons are not in Puerto Vallarta this week that we decided to reschedule the Vallarta Food Bank Fundraiser to Wednesday, June 30, SAVE THE DATE!

No Way José! has had the great fortune of supporting some of Puerto Vallarta's most helpful organizations throughout the years to further the goal of providing for communities in need.

The team at No Way José! could not be more grateful than to be able to gather family and friends this year in support of the Vallarta Food Bank. The Vallarta Food Bank dedicates its efforts to fighting hunger in Puerto Vallarta. Born from the urgent needs arising from the COVID pandemic in 2020, the Vallarta Food Bank continues its fight against hunger and needs all of us to join them in that fight.  We cannot say it better than a recent donor to the Vallarta Food Bank, who shared:

"So many who visit or live in Vallarta think of it as "paradise."  [However], it's not paradise for those who are hungry. If you've been able to afford to visit Vallarta and take advantage of all it has to offer, please find a way to give back here."

"We have so many friends who come and tell us they've spent an amazing evening with us at No Way José!" says Jose Alfredo.  "We look for ways to grow that energy into something tangible for the whole community.  Since we continue to observe a 50% seating capacity, I hope the response is so great we have to do this party on two nights!"

Volunteer sign-ups will be available also on this evening, so come prepared to sign up and volunteer whatever time you can. What better way to celebrate another year around the sun for José Alfredo than to join the party and be a Hunger Hero for the Vallarta Food Bank.

Join the classic No Way José! fiesta energy on Wednesday, June 30 and enjoy delicious Mexican contemporary cuisine and original cocktails along with the live musical entertainment that creates the fiestas people have come to know and love on the open-air Terrace.

No Way José! continues to observe 50% capacity on the Terrace, so please reserve early. All COVID precautions continue in place.

Ticket: 2500 pesos includes a special 3-course menu, welcome cocktail and live musical entertainment. After operating costs, 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Vallarta Food Bank.

No Way José! Restaurant/Bar welcomes you to La Zona Romantica on the south side of Puerto Vallarta at Calle 5 de Febrero 260, just over the Vallarta Street bridge on your left heading south from the Malecon.
