In Riviera Nayarit, part of our nature is to offer excellent service.
Last month, ten businesses in Riviera Nayarit received the Distintivo M award by the Federal Secretariat of Tourism through the State Secretariat of Tourism of Nayarit.
This award is granted to all tourism-related businesses that have successfully implemented the "Moderniza" Quality Program, which promotes best business practices and recognizes the company as a leading business model.
Villa del Palmar Flamingos, Villa La Estancia, Marival Resort, Marival Residences, Villa Amor in Sayulita and Hotel Las Palomas Nuevo Vallarta; restaurants like Tortuga Beach, Tino's Punta Mita and Tino's La Laguna, as well as tour operator Rancho Mi Chaparrita were awarded with this distinction.
The Moderniza Program evaluates aspects like human quality, customer satisfaction, routine management, general management improvement and generation of results in order to award a business with the Disitintivo M.
The Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) of Riviera Nayarit is convinced that improving quality and services is key to promoting the destination, and congratulates these businesses for their commitment to fully satisfying the experience of tourists and thus for contributing to attract a larger number of visitors to our destination.
