Flor de la Vida is a extremely beautiful piece of land located on the outskirts of Mascota, Jalisco outside Puerto Vallarta.
Nestled in the bottom of a valley surrounded by mountains, Flor de la Vida is a retreat located far from any noise, people, or other detractions that could keep you from enjoying your contention with nature.
On the property you will find a beautiful piece of the Mascota River, with tons of intriguing basalt rock formations that were formed thousands of years ago, creating long geometrical patterns covering the cliffs, that paint a magical landscape/waterscape for Flor de la Vida.
Constant cool air flows through the valley with the river, which is nature's way of air conditioning for FDLV.
The turquoise clear water is deep and calm enough to swim or kayak in.
There are several hiking trails, with tons of great bird watching locations with black chinned magpie jays, cooko squires, hummingbirds, and laughing falcons, just to name a few.
FDLA has a wide diversity of wildlife, and is the secret jewel of Mascota.
