From Tu Casa en Vallarta, Julie Guerrero and Jose Alfredo Gonzalez Padilla are ready to welcome you back to our 8th Season at No Way José!. We open our doors on October 7!

We've been painting, cleaning, roofing, fixing, shining, and loving every minute.

No Way José! specializes in delicious Mexican contemporary cuisine with unique dishes not found anywhere else in Puerto Vallarta. Our team provides dedicated, friendly service with attention to detail.

Don’t see anything on the menu that excites you? No problem! Our award-winning kitchen, La Cocina de Amor, happily responds to special orders to please even the most discerning palate. For the vegetarians who are on the look-out for creative options, we use only the freshest locally grown in-season vegetables to create dishes found only at No Way José!.

We also substitute meat and seafood with mushrooms and zucchini blossoms on some of our most popular dishes.

No Way José! is on the south side of downtown at 5 de Febrero 260, just over the Vallarta street bridge on your left heading south from the Malecon. Open Tuesday through Sunday from 4:00 - 11:00 pm.
