Kelly Trainor, American Consulate for Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, in conjunction with CasaMagna Marriott Resort & Spa, are once again the proud organizers of the 12th International Altruism Festival in Puerto Vallarta.
This gastronomic and cultural event creates awareness among the population to support those who need it the most.
This is the most important altruism event of Puerto Vallarta and will take place on Sunday, May 8, 2016, beginning at 6:00 pm, in the beautiful beachfront garden of the CasaMagna Marriott Resort in Marina Vallarta.
Some of the best restaurants in the Puerto Vallarta area will be offering food and refreshments. There will be live entertainment, fireworks, dancing and cultural representations.
All proceeds will be donated to the 20 chosen charity and non-profit organizations who need your help.
Each charity will be given the opportunity to host a display at the festival to highlight the great impact they are having on the Puerto Vallarta community.
The organizations welcome you to come by to meet them and look forward to receiving your support. Learn about how they work and volunteer opportunities.
The chosen charities and non-profits this year are Down Syndrome Foundation • Breakfast for Children • Casa Hogar Orphanage • Rehabilition Center Santa Barbara • Rotary Club PV • Los Mangos Public Library • Paraiso Felino • Amigos de La Cruz • Banderas Bay Cultural Association • Pasitos de Luz • SETAC • DIF • Puerto Vallarta Food Bank • Toys for Tots • Piratas de la Bahia • R.I.S.E. • Horizante de Paz Rehab • Rotary Club Sur • Torpedos Football of Vallarta • SILOE Imiendos Forces.

The donation, which includes food, drinks and entertainment, is just 400 pesos in advance or 500 pesos at the door.
