We hope to see you in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle this weekend as we all join together in cleaning our Arroyo and Manzanilla Beach.
Marina Riviera Nayarit is hosting an Arroyo cleanup on Saturday, September 19 starting at 10:00 am that will start from the Arroyo at the 200 bridge and work down to the beach.
There will be a pot luck lunch at the marina pool - poolside deli will also be selling hamburgers. It's a great way to cool off after the cleanup.
Another opportunity to help out La Cruz if you can't make the Saturday Arroyo cleanup will take place on Sunday.
The Comision Nacional de Areas Naturales Protegidas (CONANP) is hosting a beach clean up at Playa Manzanilla in La Cruz on Sunday, September 20 at 8:00 am.
As always, sturdy shoes and gloves are encouraged, the rains wash all manner of trash down the Arroyos to the beach this time of year. CONANP will supply trash bags.
We would love to have you come out and participate. Please share this with whomever you think would be interested. The more people, the more Arroyo and beach that gets cleaned.
