The 6th Annual Children’s Sportfishing Tournament will also take place on Sunday, June 21st for boys and girls from 5 to 11 years of age; they will be divided into three categories.
The fishing starts at the Marina Fonatur in San Blas, Riviera Nayarit, promptly at 7:30 am so the kids can enjoy Father’s Day with their dads.
This tournament is free of charge, as is the fishing gear for children who don’t own a set.
There will also be games, bouncy houses, food, music and fun hosts to liven up this family festival.
Prizes for the children include bicycles, tablets and fishing rods in order to incentivize sportfishing in the younger generations.
