Riviera Nayarit Hosts 55th International Sportfishing Tournament of San Blas Team Angels - Sportfishing Club of Tepic

This year the International Sportfishing Tournament of San Blas, Riviera Nayarit is going to be from June 17th to 21st, 2015 at the Fonatur Marina located in San Blas, Nayarit, Mexico.

As each year with the support of the State Government of Nayarit, the Tepic Sportfishing Club, the CVB of Riviera Nayarit and the generous sponsors, the 55th edition of the Sportfishing Tournament will be a high quality event that will continue to deserve the title of "The Best Fishing Tournament in the Mexican Pacific."

This year the anglers will compete for the prizes of 9 Nissan vehicles, sportfishing equipment, outboard motors and cash.

The main category is the Sailfish competition with Marlin and Dorado as secondary categories.

Each team/vessel should have 4 fisherman as maximum onboard and the winner will be the one that catches the heaviest fish of each category within the three days of competition.

Payment of registration of 22,000 pesos per team/vessel includes the daily "Jackpot" for Sailfish category (2,000 pesos), Inauguration Ceremony, the official lunch on Friday, Closing Ceremony and 1 ticket for the traditional RAFFLE of a car. Each team has the option to participate in the jackpots for Dorado and Marlin, which cost 1,000 pesos daily per category.
