Vallarta-Nayarit Father's Day 5K 2015 is All About Just Having Fun Team Angels - Running Riviera Nayarit

Running Riviera Nararit invites the general public, especially parents and single mothers serving the family in the role of dad, to participate in the 1st Race of Father's Day which will be held in Puerto Vallarta on Sunday 14 June 2015.

The entire family is invited to attend as participants or spectators for this fun Father's Day event.

There will be no timing as the main objective of the race is that everybody has FUN and reaches their goal.

All persons crossing the finish line will participate in a raffle where tickets will be drawn for special surprises.

To finish the race with more fun, there will balloon war where everybody can cool off.

It is important that participants do not leave at the end of the race because medals will be presented and raffle tickets will be drawn (if the winner is not present, another ticket will be drawn).

The venue will include a parcel check-in area, massages, public showers and warm up space for before the race.

To make it even more FUN, participants are invited to "dress up" in costume preferences and a special prize will be given to:
• Best costume dad (male or female)
• Best costume child
• Best costume couple, that is, the same matching costumes on both parent (male or female) and child.
 
The venue will be the Sports Complex Stadium, Agustin Flores Contreras (across from the Sheraton Hotel) and start time on June 14 will be 6:45 am.

Prior registration is required and there will be no registration the day of the event. The registration fee is 200 pesos for adults and 150 pesos for children. You can register directly at Plaza Genovesa Local 15-A, Zona Hotelera Norte, Puerto Vallarta, or online at Running Riviera Nayarit.

Participants will receive a runner number, hydration during the race, medals and t-shirt. Pick up your "race package" at Plaza Genovesa Local 15-A on June 12 between 9:00 am until 7:00 pm or on June 13 between 10:00 am until 8:00 pm.
