Fusion restaurant and Diablos Bar team invites you to their Tequila Tasting on Friday June 5 at 7:00 pm! Please join us as we sample Reserva del Corazon’s smooth tequilas. We will be tasting a wide range of Tequilas from their award winning Organic and Rose Tequilas to their flavor ones: Watermelon, Mango, Coconut & Passion Fruit. These tequilas are ideal to sip or to try in a delicious margarita of your choice. We hope you'll stay for dinner.

We are proud to announce the extension of Restaurant Week at Fushion Gourmet Restaurant until June 14 where we will be offering our 3-course menu for only 199 pesos:

Appetizers & Salads
• Tortilla Soup with avocado, cheese, sour cream and pasilla pepper
• Shrimp Stuffed Avocado with sweet chipotle dressing
• Vegetarian Spring Rolls, lightly fried, with orange sauce

Main Courses
• Coconut-crusted Tilapia Fillet with sauteed vegetables and plantains
• Chimayo Chicken stuffed with spinach, sun-dried tomato, poblano pepper and cheese, with broccoli and mashed sweet potatoes
• 156 Beef Steak marinated with fine herbs, with sauteed wild mushrooms, green peppercorn sauce and mashed potatoes

Desserts
• Flan with caramel sauce
• Red Wine-poached Pear with chocolate sauce
• Tres Leches Cake
