We have a final fundraiser of the season lined up which is the brainchild of Rachel, owner of Bahia Fitness Gym, and hope you'll join us for our ZUMBATHON.
Don't know what Zumba is? Come and find out on Saturday, May 2 at 6:00 pm in the Bucerias Main Plaza, where this energetic healthy dancing display will be presented.
If you want to dance, entry of 100 pesos gets you a souvenir t-shirt which you can buy in advance from the Bahia Fitness Gym, and there may be a few left on the day for participants and spectators alike.
Spectators are free, but please consider making donations!
The Amigos de Bucerias Spay and Neuter program, re-named “Paws and Claws,” is expanding into emergency animal treatment, specifically those animals hit on the highway by passing traffic, whether they are street dogs/cats or belong to Nationals. Whatever our participating vets can do to help, they will, you just have to take them. And to underwrite this, animal lover Rachel of Bahia Fitness Gym on the southbound lateral (behind the Marilyn Monroe effigy) is organizing this ZUMBATHON!
Proceeds will really get this animal welfare project off the ground – please come along, all donations welcome!
