The former Teatro Vallarta has been transformed into the exciting new Viva Tequila Experience.

You've probably seen the Viva Tequila Train around Puerto Vallarta where you can jump on at Galerias Vallarta Shopping Center or at Lago Real in Nuevo Vallarta.

The complete tour is an integral experience around Tequila including a tour of Vallarta in a railway type vehicle, a guided tour of the museum, tequila tastings, culminating with a live mariachi show and folkloric ballet.

You are welcome to plan your own agenda at Viva Tequila with the complete experience or your choice of combined or individual activities such as the show only, Tequila tasting and city tour.

There are guided tours of the Museum and facilities every hour beginning at 10:00 am until the last tour at 6:00 pm. The Viva Tequila Museum will guide you through the ancient process of Tequila in an interactive and sensory tour.

The live show takes the stage at 7:00 pm where our roots and dances are mixed together to present our pre-hispanic origins and the Tequila’s birth, as well as Mexican Folklore accompanied by Mariachis and iconic Mexican Charro performances from our beautiful State of Jalisco.

Viva Tequila is a complete family experience where children can have fun in special areas devoted to them for painting, playing, learning and having fun with “Agavito” “Memo” “Kary” and “Quique” characters.

If at the end or during the experience you are looking for a place to take a break, our Bar is the right place where you can taste the best drinks mixed with Tequila. You will be surprised!!
