Surf House San Pancho is a project created by hosts Luis Javier (Mexican) and Bianca (Rumanian).

Together we would like to welcome you into our home, to learn, train and experience the fun of surfing in this paradise-like coastline of Mexico.
 
Take pleasure in the genuine San Pancho lifestyle - laid back, relaxed and surf centered.

San Francisco, also called San Pancho, is a quaint Mexican village nestled between the Sierra Madre Mountains and jungle and a long stretch of pristine Pacific coast in close enough proximity (45 min drive) to the international airport at Puerto Vallarta, yet full of small town appeal, San Pancho keeps its cultural identity.

The Surf House San Pancho is our little treasure which we would like to share with you.
 
Found only 10 minutes from the beach and two of our surf spots, the villa is tucked away, surrounded by lush green jungle, fragrant exotic fruit trees and flowers. It oversees San Pancho village and beach.
 
In this 3 story house, with rooftop terrace and a stunning 360 degrees panorama, we offer 3 shared rooms with 2 beds each; Bright, comfy and clean, with a small terrace and a beautiful jungle view;
Common hot shower and bathroom; Common lounge area, terrace and dining room all with jungle and ocean view.
 
The entire house is equipped with internet wi/fi, and the lounge has TV, XBOX, KINECT and games.

These services are FREE for all our guests to use. (Maximum capacity of the house is 6 guests)

We serve an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet which tries to cover all tastes and appetites. It includes water, coffee, tea, juice, milk, fresh local fruit, cereal, muesli, homemade bread, toast, butter,  jam, peanut butter, chocolate spread, cream cheese, eggs as you like them or pancakes.

We provide you with all you need to start surfing:
 
• Boards, acording to your level - Everything from long soft-tops to light short-boards, leashes, rash-guards or wet suits, depending on the water temperature.
 
• Introduction to surf and classes - If you are new to the world of surfing, we will give you all the info you need to get started... Basic training on the sand and in the water, exactly what’s needed to start standing up on the board... We provide free classes of basic introduction to surf and simple techniques for training in the sand and in the water.
 
• Daily surf trip - We have more than 12 surf spots in a radius of 45 minutes drive... Consistent waist to head waves all year around, with higher and better waves in the summer time... Different spots for different levels, every day we go in search of the perfect one for you.

We try to provide you with everything you need here at the Surf House, to be able to practice and enjoy surfing, learn about this gorgeous coastline and its nature, and to get the local treatment and point of view.
 
There are dozens of different surf breaks within no more than half an hour drive and the variety of surf spots is very high. There are waves suitable for every level from beginner to pro.
