Come celebrate National Children's Day at RiverFest 2012!
El Rio BBQ Bar and Pasitos de Luz are launching the first annual RiverFest to benefit the special needs children of Puerto Vallarta.
This festival event, held in conjunction with National Children's Day, will take place on Saturday, April 28, from noon to 7:00 pm at El Rio BBQ Bar & Restaurant in Colonia Paso Ancho.
Throughout the day you'll enjoy great Bar-B-Que, special dishes prepared by a Guest Chef, Arts and Crafts vendors, and live music. In addition to great El Rio BBQ food the Guest Chef for the day will be William Carballo of Barcelona Tapas.

• 2:00 pm – Mariachi Vallarta 80

You'll also be treated to a special performance by the children of Pasitos de Luz and the natural beauty at El Rio BBQ's excellent riverside location – for a donation of 50 pesos, plus refreshment costs.
You can choose to be a 'Benefactor for a Day,' and enjoy the benefits of the Benefactor Package for just 500 pesos. Limited tickets are available for this special package, which includes:
• Priority seating
• All you can eat buffet and snacks
• All the non-alcoholic beverages you want

Pasitos de Luz (Mamas Unidas por la Rehabilitacion de Sus Hijos) is a registered Mexican charity located in Puerto Vallarta. Its mission is to provide FREE rehabilitative services to severely disabled children from the most impoverished families in the region.
El Rio BBQ Bar opened in December 2011 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Its owners, Kurt Sinner and Hollis Harris have a combined experience in the event-restaurant-catering-BBQ business of more than fifty years.
