The dive took place during the past week in the El Morro area of Banderas Bay with Dive Master Cesar Ortega.
The divers swam along with a rarely seen young Whale Shark which would have been an event of a lifetime, but turned into a doubly unforgettable day as they also experienced a Giant Manta caught in a fishing net that was cutting into its wing. The concerted effort to free the Manta was a success and a heartwarming adventure.
