Join Us for the 2nd #RivieraNayarit Twitter Party! CVB of Riviera Nayarit

The first Twitter Party was a resounding success, so the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau is all set to do it again: on Friday, September 19th prepare for the second edition of this fantastic marketing strategy.

The party will revolve around users sharing their experiences via their photos, to be posted and shared with the hashtag #RivieraNayarit on our Twitter accounts in Spanish (@RivieraNayarit), English (@Riv_Nayarit) and Portuguese (@Riv_NayaritBR).

The Twitter Party will be an all day affair lasting from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, peaking between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, when the Riviera Nayarit Social Media Club and local hotels will be more actively exchanging posts with users.

The quantitative objective is for the #RivieraNayarit to once again become a trending topic on Twitter.

“We know that the best way to position the Riviera Nayarit brand is through our visitors, that’s the most valuable promotion we could ever have. They’re the ones who can testify to their own experience, so it’s very important that we all offer them impeccable service and that we care for and always strive to improve our tourism product,” commented Marketing Manager Liliana Lara Guzmán.

The first Twitter Party generated a total of 32,400 tweets and 175,500 retweets with a reach of 1,155,200 users; the account @Tendencias_Mex, which specializes in measuring trends, placed the #RivieraNayarit hashtag as a definitive trend in Mexico on Trends Map.

This next Twitter Party will seek to surpass those numbers; this invitation goes out to the entire community of Nayarit, our visitors and those who love this beautiful destination. Mark your calendars and get ready to interact with our official Twitter accounts!

The table is set and the party is open to all: post your family photos, your pics with your loved one, your selfies — share with us your Riviera Nayarit experience! Let’s take advantage of technology to let everyone know about our marvelous destination and its wonderful cuisine, its golf, the spas, ecotourism and everything the Riviera Nayarit has to offer.
