People's Climate March - Sept. 21st (People's Climate March)
On Sunday, September 21, just days before the United Nations Climate Summit to be held on September 23, AVAAZ members around the world will be part of the Citizens March Against Climate Change.
Leaders from around the world will attend the summit to work on solutions to combat global climate change. Artists, actors, athletes and dignitaries who have pledged support for the People’s Climate March join a coalition of more than 1,000 environmental, labor, and civil rights organizations who will march to demand strong action to fight the climate crisis.
World leaders believe that we don't care about climate change and facing the challenge of saving our planet.
We have an unprecedented opportunity to show the contrary, with the largest mobilization against climate change in history.
Citizens and tourists in Puerto Vallarta are invited join the March on September 21, 2014. If you believe in the cause and would like to become a part in the March, we will meet at 1:00 pm at the Rosita Hotel in Downtown Vallarta (north end of the Malecon).
