Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Award-winning Vallarta favorite, No Way José! Restaurant/Bar, invites you to celebrate "El Grito de la Independencia" as they open their doors to begin Season 6 on Monday, September 15.

Relax in AC comfort in La Cantina and enjoy this most patriotic and festive of all Mexican holidays at No Way José!, Tu Casa en Vallarta, as they open their doors to usher in Season 6 for yet another year of helping create memories in one of the most beautiful places in the world - the ever-amazing Puerto Vallarta.

La Cantina will be open for full bar service and with all of your favorite No Way José! menu items, including a new oyster bar, from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.  Si! Oysters! Fresh from Tehuamixtle. Try them fresh on the half-shell or introducing Ostiones Burro, our original version created to welcome the new No Way José! mascot to the family. Come meet El Burrito José!, enjoy his namesake oysters, and celebrate in No Way José! style on Monday, September 15!

The Terrace restaurant opens for you to enjoy the full No Way José! menu under the Vallarta sky on Wednesday, October 15.

Come enjoy 2x1 house wine and national cocktails all day on September 15 and select from a special Mexican fiesta menu, including the NWJ! favorite chiles en nogada, enchiladas, mole poblano, and specialty tacos. When you add the piñata in the street, live musical entertainment, NWJ!’s own José Alfredo singing, and everyone’s favorite Mexican costume contest, you always feel like you’re in Mexico when you’re in Tu Casa en Vallarta - No Way José!.  

No Way José! welcomes you to the Colonia Emiliano Zapata on the south side of downtown Puerto Vallarta at 5 de Febrero 260, just over the Vallarta street bridge on your left heading south from the Malecón.  Open 3:00 to 11:00 pm.
