For Ladies Only, PurpleFest 2014 will be held at Villa Mercedes August 29-31 with some events at the Mantamar Beach Club on Los Muertos Beach in Old Town Vallarta.

Each year a different theme is chosen for the festival and 'Pop Art' has been chosen for the 2014 edition.

Events include conferences & workshops, special exhibitions, entertainment, beach parties, yoga, beach and pool sports,  and 'The Vertical Tortilla' National Award for Women.

What is a Vertical Tortilla? This award was created in order to recognize and encourage female talent in devoting her life to art. This is an annual award that coincides with PurpleFest. The contest was created 2 years ago to stimulate the artistic contributions of our members and female public.

Your 700 peso ticket for the three-day PurpleFest events includes conferences, workshops, Saturday breakfast, the Vertical Tortilla, 200 peso consumption at Mantamar on Sunday, t-shirt, Marilyn Monroe tribute, entrance to CC Slaughters Nightclub, and more.

On Friday, August 29, there will be a Symbolic Wedding at the Villa Mercedes Hotel at 9:00 pm. Tickets are 100 pesos per couple.

Special tickets are available for the Stand-Up Comedy & Romantic Dinner on Saturday, August 30, 8:00 pm at the Mantamar Beach Club. Ticket price is 250 pesos.

Email your deposit slip with your full name and subject line "Tickets" for the PurpleFest 700 peso tickets to ventaspurplefest@gmail.com. For the Stand-Up Comedy & Dinner event ticket of 250 pesos, use the subject line "Dinner Pop-Art" and for the 100 pesos per couple tickets for the Symbolic Wedding include the full names of the couple with the subject line "Wedding." You will receive a wristband upon arrival.
