Act II Entertainment is a new independent theater company that presents Puerto Vallarta productions ranging from classics to recent works. But production is not the only task, as they also offer educational programs that promote life-long learning to a diverse community. Act II Entertainment is a celebration of the essential power of theater to enlighten humanity.
Corazon de Nina is a civil association devoted entirely to the care of children and adolescents in situations from abandonment, neglect, physical, emotional, sexual abuse and some for economic reasons.
There are currently 15 children between 5 and 21 years at the shelter where they enjoy a school life, spiritual, balanced/nutritious food, medical/psychological care routine, and varied sporting activities.
Act II Entertainment has created a fabulous music program to be presented on Friday, August 15 at 6:00 pm at the Act II Stages Theatre in order to raise funds for Corazon de Nina.
The Summer Music Fest features some of the singers and actors of Act II Entertainment Act II volunteering their talents to help this noble cause.
Entertainment lineup to include:
• Corazon de Nina Girls
• Texas Embassy Blues Band
• Puerto Vallarta Men's Chorus
• A performance from Serendipity Cafe
• Performance from El Me Min Tio
• A special performance from Joan Houston
• Jose Maria Caudillo
• A special surprise performance by Adriana Quinta
• Whose Line is it Anyway Performance Troupe
• And much, much more!
Fun Events in Encore include a Silent Auction, Tequila Draw, Instant Raffle, and After Event Classyoke.
Donation tickets are 200 pesos and includes appetizers plus Welcome Tequila Shot (100% of proceeds go to Corazon de Nina).
