Oh, those Amigos - always looking for something different.

Well, we found it. Instead of a Happy Hour, our hungry tummies told us that we should have a Happy Meal. Join us on Thursday, July 10 at 7:00 pm.

Las Flautas is a small, Mexican restaurant on Calle Coral just a couple of doors down from the Octupus’s Garden. You’ll find it on the same side of the street, close to the intersection with Pompano.

For this event they’re offering a special plate of arrachera, guacamole, beans & rice for 120 pesos. For less expensive offerings the regular menu will also be available.

Traditional non-alcoholic beverages are also on the menu.

If you want to order the arrachera please reply to the Amigos at lacruzamigos@gmail.com no later than July 9. Las Flautas can’t guarantee availability if they don’t know how much meat to purchase.

All other menu items are available without reservation.  If you haven’t been to La Flautas now’s the time. I’ve eaten there several times and always enjoyed it. The enchiladas are my fave, my husband likes the pozole, but there are lots of other tasty treats to try, including the arrachera.

Don’t forget to bring your own beer or wine and we’ll see you there at 7:00.
