Want to know "The True Story of Cinderella" and what really happened to that beautiful girl who was raised by her stepsisters and exploited? Was she rescued from her confinement by a valiant prince? Did everything happen as we have been told for generations?
Because the historical circumstances have changed since the times of medieval castles, Julio Martell's adaptation of "The True Story of Cinderella" comes to life every Sunday during June and July at the Cuale Cultural Center in Puerto Vallarta. You are invited to join in the fun for the 11:30 am or 1:30 pm performance.
Under the auspices of the Vallarta Institute of Culture, directed by Victor Manuel Jimenez, these presentations seek to update the classic tale of Cinderella with a cast of young college students, including Raúl Cruces, Jéssica Sánchez, Randy Zavala, Fernando Uribe, Adriana Estrella, Rene Medina, Mireya Ramírez, Yahel Hernández, Norberto Chagal, Victor Jiménez and child Ivancito Sánchez.
This quality production will entertain you for an hour and a half with the legends disrupted with funny situations as the 10 actors take the stage.
The Cuale Cultural Center appreciates the support from the community in appreciating our young acting talents.
The Cuale Cultural Center is located on the upper island of the Cuale River on the "river walk" where the river separates Downtown and Old Town Vallarta.
