Some places are so picturesque, it's hard to believe they're real. That's the case for a tropical waterfall that is a 20-minute hike from the small town of Yelapa, on Mexico's west coast. (Pacifico Beer)
Nestled in the southernmost cove of the world's 7th largest bay, lies the peaceful village of Yelapa, Jalisco, Mexico. Although there is a road which leads to the pueblo, it is most easily accessible by boat. Transportation to the village departs daily from various locations in the Puerto Vallarta area.
Hike through town to the Cola de Caballo waterfalls and go for a swim in its refreshing waters that vary in flow throughout the year.
For more information about Yelapa, please visit the Yelapa site.
There are millions of beaches in the world, but the one found on Marieta Islands is unlike any other. Marieta's "hidden beach" sits beneath a collapsed stone roof and requires a swim through a narrow tunnel to reach. (Pacifico Beer)
Just offshore Riviera Nayarit, inside Banderas Bay, rests a group of small, volcanic islands known as the Marietas Islands.
These islands, made famous by oceanographer Jacques Cousteau, provide the perfect environment for an entertaining eco-adventure.

Discover Pacifico - Original Explorers (Pacifico Beer)
In the early '70s, surfers from Southern California traveled down the rugged Baja Coast, exploring the breaks along the way. During these journeys, they often stopped by tiny cantinas where locals introduced them to Pacifico Beer. Over time, the surfers began bringing cases of Pacifico back to the United States, making them the beer's first importers.
As part of the "Discover Pacifico" sweepstakes, Pacific Beer has highlighted many destinations throughout the world and they invite you to enter the sweepstakes to win surfboards, kayaks, beach cruiser bicycles and backpacks.
This sweepstakes is only open to residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC, who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
Submission of entries close on August 31, 2014 and winners will be randomly selected on or about September 4 from among all eligible entries received by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per household.
To submit your entry or for more information, visit Discover Pacifico and follow the on-screen entry instructions.
