Highlights of Puerto Vallarta's first Gay Pride Celebration 2013 (gaypvmx)

From May 22 to 26th the festival promises to surpass the fun and entertainment that was had during last year’s Pride and the Hotel Mercurio is a proud sponsor. Come join us and show your pride!

OPENING PARTY
The 5-day festival of fun and entertainment kicks off with a cocktail for the official start. During the event the documentary "Feel the Pride” about the LGBT history of Puerto Vallarta will be screened.

COCKTAIL AND "FEEL THE PRIDE" SCREENING
The casual elegance of Encore Piano & Wine Bar, part of the ACT II Stages entertainment complex, is the perfect setting for a presentation of the Puerto Vallarta Men's Choir, cocktails and a screening of the documentary "Feel the Pride".

PRESENTATION CHOIR BOYS
Stages, the newly opened entertainment complex, will host the Puerto Vallarta Men's Choir composed of gay Mexican and foreign residents and accompanied Reveille Men's Chorus of Tucson, Arizona.

LGBT PARTY WITH ALEJANDRA BOGUE
The actress Alejandra Bogue hosts a fun LGBT party event organized by Casa Cupula.  Well known by the national community for her roles on "Las Hermanas Vampiras" before moving on to the television series "Válvula de Escape" on TeleHit, Miss Bogue is a celebrity Vallarta Pride host.

CANDLELIGHT MARCH
The march will start at ACT II Stages and culminate at the new Los Muertos Pier to symbolize the ongoing growth in the acceptance of the LGBT community in Puerto Vallarta.

PINK & PROUD
For the first time on the official Vallarta Pride calendar, comes Pink & Proud, an exclusive party for women that aims to celebrate, promote and strengthen the identity of the lesbian community in Puerto Vallarta.

COMMITMENT CEREMONY
This symbolic LGBT commitment ceremony is open to all who are interested in committing or renewing their vows with a ceremony in Lido Beach Club, followed by a champagne toast.

PRIDE PARADE VALLARTA
Be part of the parade that brings both residents and visitors to celebrate the diversity of our destination. Do not miss the opportunity to interact with celebrities including Alejandra Bogue, Supermana, Charly Diaz, Boi Job, Edgar Treviño, Diva Divine, Carla and Fifi Brent Corrigan.

SHOW MUSICAL AND ARTISTIC
ACT II Entertainment will bring together some of the best musical and artistic talents in Puerto Vallarta with a music and dance show celebrating Vallarta Pride 2014. The will also be a photography exhibition and screening of the documentary "Feel the Pride".

FASHION SHOW
Local fashion designers will put a nautical twist on the “Vamos al Mar” fashion show that will be held at the Blue Chairs Beach Club.
