Come shop at Sayulita's Farmer's Market featuring local vendors and organic products. Support a sustainable community and eat well!

Please join us every Friday on Ave. Revolucion, just north of the main bridge, in our new permanent large and shaded location. You'll see the signs leading to our amazing new space by the Comex and the newly painted green fence.

The Mercado del Pueblo is open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm and runs through April, 2014. The market will reopen in November.

Mercado del Pueblo is Sayulita's first and only Farmer's Market. We attract locals and tourists alike who want to eat local, sustainable food and food products. This is a community event where you can shop, learn what is grown in Nayarit and Jalisco, eat, listen to live music and visit with friends.

The Market features handicrafts, produce and prepared food from all sorts of surrounding businesses and artisans. The stalls run the gamut from home-made dog treats to organic strawberries to fresh falafel.

You are invited to shop for organic produce, yogurt, cheese, bread, pickels, coffees, baked goods, pestos, soups, natural animal food, pickled beets, soaps, lotions and lots more.

As an added bonus, you will find "non-mexican" treats like hummus, quinoa and freshly ground coffee and dine on such treats as hearty italian sausage sandwiches, home-made tamales or mexican fusion egg rolls.

The Mercado operates as a non-profit and its revenue goes to help fund the staff, classes, and community programs of Sayulita.
