In order to continue the tradition of Puerto Vallarta being the best city to live in and the best destination to visit, Mayor Ramon Guerro Martinez, along with the consular representatives of the United States and Canada, Kelly Trainor and Lyne Benoit, municipal authorities and the different business sectors of the city, OAATRE services have been implemented in our city.
The Public Service Board and Tourist Assistance and Resident Alien program (OAATRE) supports our residents and tourists with all the necessary tools in receiving, monitoring and tracking any complaints and provides free guidance to anyone who requires it.
The office of OAATRE is conveniently located in Old Town Vallarta at Lazaro Cardenas Plaza and has a trained staff fluent in English, French and Spanish.
