Spectacular Dinner Pairing: Cafe des Artistes & Monte Xanic Wines Cafe des Artistes

For lovers of good food and good wine, comes this great event with the perfect combination: the best Monte Xanic wines and pairing dishes designed by Chef Thierry Blouet, owner of Café des Artistes, certainly one of Café des Artiste’s and Puerto Vallarta’s best gourmet events of the year.

The magna event will take place at the Café des Artistes premises on Friday, September 27th starting at 7:00 pm. It will all begin with a cocktail-talk enlivened by Chef Thierry Blouet and Enologist Hans Backhoff, Jr., General Manager of Monte Xanic, who will talk about peculiarities of the wines and dishes that will be served during dinner. The invitation to this lecture is open to press, clients, friends and the general public who enjoy good wine and good food.

Then, those of us who booked our place will be invited by these great personalities to the main hall to enjoy the magnificent dinner and enjoyable evening prepared for us.

"The idea is to offer something different, delicious and authentic. We think of good food, which we already have, fine wines, which we achieved with Monte Xanic, and a good price, which in this case the price includes a 48.28% discount on the regular price, due to the season.

Furthermore, in an effort to do something different during Mexico’s independence month, I designed a Mexican menu, obviously paired with Mexican wines by Monte Xanic to make the super dinner even more interesting and ad-hoc to the season in every way: theme, price and super delicious food, as always," says Thierry Blouet.
