The Vallarta-Nayarit Gastronomica 2013 will feature gourmet professionals sharing their talents and secrets in this four-day event taking place October 17-20, 2013, in various venues around Banderas Bay.
Experience the finest speakers, chefs, sommeliers and gastronomic experts in the world with cooking demonstrations, competitions, tastings and the Gala Dinner on Saturday evening at Portobello Restaurant in Marina Vallarta.
Guest chefs will include Ramon Dios from Madrid, Roberto Chavez from Peru, Alfonso Cadena from Puerto Vallarta, Angel Vazquez from Puebla, Betty Vazquez from San Blas, Beverly Ramos from Mexico DF, Christian Bravo from Merida, Hector Zavala from Guadalajara, Hugo Ahumada from Puerto Vallarta, Juan Carlos Amutio from Puerto Vallarta, Monica Beteta from Mexico DF and Nacho Cadena from Puerto Vallarta.
Sommeliers will include Alejandro Espinosa, Director General AGA; Deborah Uribe, Modelo Group; Yamir Pelegrino, IBEROSTAR; and Fernando Ruiz de Chavez Cuevas, L.A. CETTO.
Guest conference speaker from CEGAHO in Mexico City will be Antonio Montecinos.
