During the Festival Bailando Bajo la Lluvia (Dancing in the Rain Festival) several restaurants, hotels, artists, photographers, sculptors and painters will pay homage to the rains that bring new life to Puerto Vallarta each Summer.

Join the activities around town beginning on Thursday, August 15 through August 17, 2013.

These are the activities scheduled during the “Bailando Bajo la Lluvia Festival”:

• CANIRAC affiliated restaurants preparing special dishes and menus in honor of the rain

• A Canoe Expo at City Hall

• An exhibition of Julien Leveau's photographs of rain, thunder and lightning at the Naval Museum

• Poetry workshops

• Films alluding to rain at Los Mangos Library

• Environmental talks

• A fantastic 'Dancing in the Rain' party, with DJ music, dancing, batucada, raffles, games, and lights at Los Arcos del Malecon and the Main Plaza in downtown Puerto Vallarta.
