If your answer is yes, join us in Puerto Vallarta November 13th, 2013 - November 17th, 2013.

Our focus of the retreat will be opening the heart and awakening the psychic-senses within us. The location is a beautiful, relaxing resort with a private pool and spa located steps away from the ocean in Puerto Vallarta.

• Meditation (opening heart and awakening psychic-senses)
• Chanting
• SunDo
• Tai Qi
• Kolibri's External Excercises
• Eastern Nutrition
• Hoop dance
• Poi
• Fire hoop and Fire Poi

Healing treatments that will offered (additional costs)

• Acupuncture
• Deeksha
• Reiki,
• Qi Gong/psyhic healings

This is going to be really Profound retreat!!! Meditation will be required but other activities will be optional based on your health and excitement level!! I am SO honored to be hosting this retreat with two of my amazing students Luisa Yadira (Kolibri) and Shannon Kobylka (Firefly).

Cost: $1500 US (includes: 4 nights stay at resort, healthy food, classes listed above)

Not including flight, travel from the airport or Personal healing treatments - Esoteric Acupuncture, Deeksha, Reiki, and Qi Gong/psychic healing.

There will be time permitted during the retreat in case anyone wants to go surfing some morning :).
