Russian Reality Show Being Shot in Riviera Nayarit Marc Murphy - CVB of Riviera Nayarit

Riviera Nayarit continues to attract TV shows from all over the world, like "Super Vacation Games in Mexico" which is being broadcast in Russia since June 1 by KVM-Friday.
 
The program is entirely produced by KVM-Friday, who independently chose La Cruz de Huanacaxtle as the set for their show. The first seven episodes feature many shots at Marina Riviera Nayarit, and the house where the competitors are staying is a luxury villa in Punta Mita.
 
"We were surprised to see our destination in the Russian television, as we weren’t expecting it. We realized that this was taking place after two of the participants of the reality began tweeting in Russian from La Cruz de Huanacaxtle on Saturday, June 8. We looked at their profiles and realized that they were part of a reality show, as they have thousands of followers," said Marc Murphy, Managing Director of the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Riviera Nayarit.
 
The channel, which is promoted under the slogan "Every day is Friday" is the successor to the MTV tradition in Russia. It targets young people and includes fashion, health, sports, entertainment, adventure and gourmet restaurants in its programming.
 
"This is important not only for what it means in terms of promotion, but also because they chose our destination independently, without making any requests for support. It’s truly the beauty of Mexico's Pacific Treasure, the quality of facilities such as the Marina Riviera Nayarit, which appears repeatedly in the series, which is placing us on the map even as far as Russia," said Rafael Alcantara, Harbor Master.
 
The work done by the Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) of Riviera Nayarit is reflected in shows like this one, which help position our destination as one of the best in the world and demonstrate the importance for hotels, restaurants, government, tourism service providers and for the society in general to always improve the experience of visitors to the destination.
