Join Linda R. Harley, chef and cooking instructor formerly of the Urban Kitchen in New York City, in the beautiful surroundings of the Paradise Community Center Garden Grill & Cantina.
To each class she brings her passion, her culinary expertise and her extensive travels which include 35 years of living and cooking throughout Latin American and the Caribbean.
Participants will learn about Mexico's diverse cuisine and traditions.
After hands on participation, you will enjoy a gourmet meal or a comida corrida including emailed recipe.
Classes are 11:00 am to 1:00 pm every Friday until March 29.
Here's a teaser of some of the classes:
• January 25 - Legumes. Learn about one of Mexico's gift to the world
• February 1 - Shopping tour including the fish market and vegetable/fruit market
• February 8 - Pollo en milasensa con salsa verde
