FADER TV: In Mexico With Festival NRMAL (TheFader)

You’ll get twice the fun next year as Mexico’s Festival NRMAL expands to include Mexico City.  Priding itself on booking the best emerging artists in Mexico and throughout the world, NRMAL will host Silver Apples, Rancho Shampoo, Poolside, DJ Rashad and more.

The plan calls for a one-day Festival NRMAL at Mexico City’s Deportivo Lomas Altas March 1 followed by its 5th year in Monterrey where it will rock Parquet Ferrocarrilero March 5-9.  Organizers are promising different festival experiences at each city.

Included in Mexico City’s lineup are Spain’s Hidrogenesse, Kelela and Silver Apples from the U.S., Australian act No Zu, and Europe’s Anika.  Also appearing at the very first NRMAL in Mexico City are Chile’s Paul Marmota, Superpoze from France, and Den5hion from Mexico.

The Monterrey lineup includes Extraperlo from Spain, DJ Rashad and Poolside from the U.S., Mexico’s Siete Catorce and Fuete Billete from Puerto Rico.  Also making the trip will be Canada’s Sinjin Hawke, La Minitk Del Miedo from Colombia, Costa Rica’s Ava Negra, and Little Jesus from Mexico.
