MEXICO CITY - Voluptuous from all angles of her body and intonations of her voice, Beyonce made a stop on her world tour at this capital to entertain the some 20,000 fans who packed the Mexico City Sports Palace.

With a look full of attitude, the R&B diva opened the show in the Mexican capital around 9:30 p.m. singing "Run the World (Girls)," to make it clear that women run things in this world and she more than ever once she gets onstage.

With a rather too rigidly controlled show and with no room for improvisation, the artist offered between light and shadow shows, mini-fireworks and sparklers, such numbers as "End of Time" and others more popular like "If I Were a Boy."

The Mexico City date was one more stop on her "Mrs. Carter Show World Tour,"a title referring to her marriage to rapper Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter.
