Mexican carrier Aeromexico said it has launched its Aeromexico Contigo programme aimed at migrant customers residing in Mexico or in the United States who travel frequently between the two countries.

According to Aeromexico, the programme feature a specific call centre and personal assistance at participating airport check-in counters, help filling out their immigration forms, transportation of oversized packages, connections to the airline´s route network and attention on both sides of the border, as well as competitive rates for this important passenger segment.

... Aeromexico Contigo tickets are available for sale at travel agencies, ticket offices, the call centre and through the carrier´s website. With the beginning of the Aeromexico Contigo product, the airline once again offers customers a new travel option for those who travel frequently between the two countries for business or family-related matters.

The programme will launch as of 1 October.
