Police in Mexico have launched a hunt for a woman suspected of murdering two bus drivers in Juarez. The woman - who identified herself as 'Diana huntress of bus drivers' in an email to local media - says she's acting in revenge for the murders of women working at local factories.

Voice of Russia spoke to Suzanna Seijas, a freelance reporter who has covered crime in Mexico extensively.

She says that Juarez, where more than 3,000 people were murdered in 2010, has become synonymous with violence against women.

And Mexico has an impunity rate of more than 90%, she explains, which means that the vast majority of cases, including horrific ones of torture and murder, go unpunished.

"My colleagues and I suffer in silence, but we cannot keep quiet any longer," says the email from 'Diana'.
