U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano announces a cooperation deal with Mexican authorities to bolster cooperation along its shared 2,000-mile boundary. (NTDTV)
MEXICO CITY - President Enrique Pena Nieto met with U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano on Wednesday at his Los Pinos residence in Mexico City.
The meeting came a day after Napolitano joined Interior Secretary Miguel ÃÂngel Osorio Chong in the northern state of Tamaulipas on Tuesday to discuss border security.
Pena Nieto and Napolitano discussed a number of key bilateral issues including the Memorandum of Understanding on Trans-border Communications - an agreement Osorio Chong and Napolitano signed on Tuesday.
