iAcepta Móvil Banamex (banamexoficial)
Mexican financial services provider Banamex has launched ‘iAcepta Movil Banamex’, a mobile POS service developed by Stratus Technologies Mexico / Central America. Merchants and service providers across Mexico can now accept payments from their customers on the spot using credit or debit cards with an incorporated chip.
The mPOS service from Banamex meets EMV certifications and can accept payments from MasterCard or Visa chip cards. Stratus developed the service in cooperation with its Ecuadorian partner B-Wise (Business Wise). B-Wise is responsible for the back office administration for the operations. Stratus has also worked with international payments company Alaric and Authentic, Alaric’s payment processing system.
