Riviera Maya Jazz Festival to Play in November Life in Mexico

The Riviera Maya Jazz Festival is being organized from 22nd of November to 24th of November this year. One of the most popular events in Playa del Carmen real estate region, the annual event is a platform for local and foreign jazz performers to showcase their talents.

The stunning Ultramar pier on Mamitas Beach is the perfect venue as the setting adds to the mood of the music. You enjoy soulful music from 8pm till dawn and that too for free. The festival attracts tourists from all over the world as it enlivens the streets of Playa del Carmen with music and dance.

The tentative schedule for this year is as follows - on the 22nd of November there will be performances by Big Band de Joe d’Etienne, Pete Escovedo and Victor Wooten. The 23rd of November will see Nortec, Poncho Sanchez and Djavan performing. The last day i.e. on the 24th of November, Aguamala, Wayne Shorter and John Scofield will be enthralling the audience.

The soothing sounds of jazz when combined with the wonderful setting of the Caribbean, is no less than bliss. The event is held annually and is widely celebrated as it welcomes major national and international jazz musicians and fans. The festival offers a combination of jazz genres in a festive mood which are soul stirring.

The festival has gained global recognition and is on a continuously striving to improvise from the previous versions. So this year the festival will definitely be bigger and better.
