In addition, President Calderon's delegation will include Secretary of External Relations Patricia Espinosa Cantellano; Secretary of Energy Jordy Herrera Flores; Secretary of Economy Bruno Ferrari Garcia de Alba; and Secretary of Communications and Transport Dionisio Perez-Jacome Friscione, as well as other senior officials.

Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs says President Calderon will be officially welcomed by President Tan at a ceremony at the Istana on Monday.

Following the welcome ceremony, President Calderon will call on President Tan and meet Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

President Tan and his wife, Mrs Mary Tan, will host a state banquet in honour of President Calderon and his wife, Mrs Zavala, that evening.

President Calderon will also attend a business roundtable luncheon held in his honour, where Minister in the Prime Minister's Office, Second Minister for Home Affairs and Second Minister for Trade & Industry S Iswaran and several high-level business representatives with interest in Mexico and Latin America will participate.

In addition, President Calderon will visit Sembcorp and PSA.

President Calderon also will deliver the Fullerton Lecture on "A Mexican Perspective on the Global Economy", organised by the International Institute for Strategic Studies, on Tuesday.
