Hundreds of Haitians are stuck in Tijuana after the U-S stopped allowing them in on humanitarian parole last fall. Rather than go back to Haiti, many have decided to stay in Mexico.
In a followup to her report last fall, KPBS Fronteras reporter Jean Guerrero tells us how some San Diegans are helping the Haitians start over south of the border.
