Mexico has opened to British Petroleum, a foreign gasoline company, for the first time in 60 years.
This energy reform was made by Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto in 2013, breaking the monopoly of state gas company, Pemex.
On Thursday, BP celebrated the start of work on its first gas station, and 1500 more are expected in the next five years in Mexico.
